Iphone 13 pro max ordered here, received 1 day before the delivery deadline, the phone is incredible, I took it in "very good condition" it is simply like new, Battery 89% I would say is the only downside but good for refurbished I find it very reasonable a micro crack / scratch on the top of the screen which I confirm loud and clear, All this to say that I'm very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend this service to anyone looking for a recent/good phone at a "low" price and for the planet xdd yeah tqt,

It is the first time I write a review in an online shop, which is why my opinion is highly positive. I came from a Xiaomi Mi8 Lite with intensive use for 5 years and decided to make the leap to the "bitten apple", I opted after 3 months researching models for the Iphone 12 128gbs in blue. I ordered it in Excellent condition for an offer with fear that it could arrive with aesthetic defects in screen or camera, but no, I got an impeccable device that seemed fresh out of the box, shiny, beautiful and well built. It is my first reconditioned device, with the fear that comes with choosing an electronic device that has been used to a lesser or greater extent, and I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the reconditioned device. The only downside I can put is that the battery arrived with 98% of battery and a month and a half later it was at 87% which I can understand if it had not been used. Anyway, I've had the phone for 8 months and it works like the first day, a marvel and the battery stabilised at 87%. Also the cable they sent me melted when I charged it for the 3rd time, I asked for a new one but they sent me an amount to buy one myself. The customer servi...

Great price: I got a refurbished iPhone 13 and it's like new! It has some wear on the side buttons but with my new cover you can't see it at all and the screen doesn't even have a scratch on it! The phone works great and is very fast despite having recharged the entire backup of the old iPhone 7. The battery status is 85% and lasts me a day and a half using it often. The shipping arrives as expected. I will definitely recommend my friends to buy from BlackMarket!

As a former customer and regular user of the Back Market site, my experience has always been perfect. I have never been disappointed by the many refurbished phones I have ordered from this site. My latest purchase is an iPhone 12 Pro Max in very good condition, which arrived like new very quickly and very well packaged. It works perfectly with the battery at 90%.

Item conforms to the grade, no problem with aesthetics. Top packaging, 2 cables too good, fast delivery time. but maximum capacity of 84% (announced mini 85%) when the battery is switched on... and I'm moaning. I am in favour of reconditioning but I hope to make my phone last... no possibility with the automatic questions and answers to raise the problem easily.

Frankly, I'm satisfied with my purchase overall. The phone works perfectly and I was able to configure it quickly. On the other hand, I'm rather disappointed with the state of the battery after having paid a considerable sum of money. People are going to say to me "yes, but you're buying a phone in good condition, reconditioned..." OK, but for €560, I'm still expecting a phone in pretty clinical condition. I end up having to charge it several times at the end of the day, which is pretty menial.

Hello!! No problems with my phone at the moment. But what a disappointment to see that at Fnac you can get a NEW phone with subscription benefits (deezer and canal +) for less.... I was this close to sending my phone back to you and asking for a refund because the deal didn't pay off. I'm really disgusted to have a reconditioned phone that in the end I paid more for than a new one..... I didn't send it back because I can't afford to buy another phone while waiting for a refund, and I can't afford to be without a phone either. I hope you will understand my disappointment. After 15 days of use, I can say that I have no problems whatsoever. The phone I received was in near-new condition, with Apple components including a 100% battery. Normal, I bought Premium. It's still expensive, and I hesitated a lot, but the almost unused aspect is there. If that helps.
