I recently purchased a Samsung A32 5G. I am very happy with the phone and the condition was excellent. The whole process was handled very well with speedy delivery. This is my second purchase and will definitely use again when needed.

I was initially sceptical about using Backmarket for a replacement Samsung A71 phone, but I've got to be honest, I have my scepticism blown away, as I literally got a pretty much brand new A71 for a fraction of the recommended retail price. Wasn't bothered about the phone arriving in non Samsung packaging, but it came with an additional cable, and the phone is fully functioning in every single way. No complaints here. 😊😊

Item as described. Good value for money. Far ooomphier than my previous phone, but also (as expected) larger. There seems to be only one phone that fits smaller hands, and that's an iPhone. I did not want to change ecosystems.

It got shipped to England I live in Scotland I was abit worried about that but it came early anyway(: I did buy it in excellent condition but there are noticeable scratches all over the phone and one of the speakers are broken.

I fell in love with it the moment I set eyes on it as it was so similar one I had before, so I knew how it worked and, as it's white I can now find it easily in all my black-lined handbags. But I really should have got the next one up so I could sync my two emails. Not a major problem as, at 80 and a technophobe, I love the simplicity. I also love the touches of humour on your site. It warms my heart, et j'adore les petites phrases en francais.

This is my second purchase from Back Market, and I have absolutely no regrets. The products are excellent quality and come at the best prices. If you're on the fence or unsure, don't hesitate-Back Market is amazing, and the items feel brand new. No need to spend a fortune elsewhere

The phone came in pristine condition. I was easily able to transfer everything from my from my old SG 20 to it. The only challenge I had was finding a sturdy case for it. Even though the cases I got said they were good for the A32 5G they both had problems. One was too small and the other fit after a struggle but the the USB charging cable hole did not align with the cable and the glass protection glass is 1/2" too short.
