The purchase was simple and the delivery was fast. It's impossible to tell the difference between new and reconditioned, apart from the absence of the original packaging. Everything works perfectly well and I'm reassured by the 12-month warranty. I'm very satisfied with my new purchase and my experience on backmarket.

so far no pbm, when I unpacked it I had the impression that it was brand new installation on a backup (luckily, I had a recent one) without difficulty, a few easy Mac side majs, more trickery for Windows via Parallelism everything works fine.

The MacBook itself is fine. The scratches don't bother me, but I do mind that the keyboard isn't complete: instead of the "ß" key, I have the "0" key twice, which bothers me a bit, but the rest is fine for the price.

Nothing to say the product is excellent and reliable, with a thorough check we have verified that it corresponds perfectly to the advertisement... Only flaw was the German language and German keyboard layout moving some keys from the usual position, only thing that does not match but the machine is perfect so nothing to say...

Exactly as described. The only thing missing is a glide on the underside of the console. small downside: excessively long preparation by the supplier and many problems during transit of the parcel. Fortunately, the seriousness and extreme competence of BACK MARKET's customer service (with a special mention to Prisca) enabled us to solve all the problems we encountered. Many thanks again!

A very nice appliance, delivery perfect, appearance, technology perfect. The device was easy to set up. I bought the docking station and keyboard and can now use the Surface pro 7 like a fully-fledged notebook. I am very happy with this purchase.

For my first purchase of a refurbished MacBook Pro, I'm disappointed. Perfect condition : - scratch on bottom cover - 2 M keys - impossible to configure the @ key - one key pressed and unusable The notion of "perfect" needs to be reconsidered I'm sending it back for repair

It took a while to arrive and I made a mess with the post office and tracking. The truth is that I was afraid that the product would arrive damaged or something else after reading the opinions of the shop but the product is just what I ordered, it comes with some scratches on the back but normal knowing that I bought the "correct" state. It works well, I use it to draw and create animations and so far it has not given me any alarming failure. It does get quite warm when charging and runs slower when it is charging but apart from that there have been no problems.
