Lack of seriousness and rigour. My order is supposed to be delivered to an old address despite the change of delivery address following numerous telephone exchanges and written confirmations. Unfortunately, the retailer did not bother to make the change. I would like the item to be returned to my address or my money refunded. Thank you

Numeric keyboards haven't worked since its arrival
