As a former Windows user, I am satisfied with my purchase. The computer is in very good condition, with no scratches or marks to suggest that it has been reconditioned. It's very pleasant to use! On the other hand, the battery doesn't last very long, which is the only negative point. As for delivery, I'm a bit disappointed... to be reviewed!

I have to admit that I was very pleasantly surprised and quite happy with my purchase from Back Market! Having always been a fan of new from new, I never thought I'd one day take the plunge and buy refurbished. I should have done it a long time ago! The MacBook Pro I bought is in almost new condition. On the whole I'm happy with my purchase, but unfortunately on my latest Backmarkets purchases there's more and more often a small fault that bothers me on a daily basis. The decline in the quality of refurbished products shouldn't make us question whether they're any better than new ones. On the MacBook Pro I've just bought, the '3' key has a little abnormal resistance that sometimes means you have to press it twice. It's more or less annoying, depending on how you type it. This is the type of fault that won't cause you to send the equipment back, but which will still be with you every day. Please, ladies and gentlemen of the reconditioners, check your equipment more thoroughly before sending it to us!

I am very satisfied with my purchase. The item arrived earlier than expected, and in better than perfect condition. I had taken a MacBook pro 16, correct state, but what I received is practically "perfect state". Everything is clean for the moment, battery 🔋 resistant, original charger, no scratches on the mac (except for a very small dent on the bottom left corner, and this is due to the shipping, which I think needs to be improved. The computer is not sufficiently protected). The packaging therefore needs to be reviewed, otherwise everything seems very perfect to me. I have no regrets whatsoever about having spent over 1000 euros on a refurbished computer, quite the opposite in fact. 😊🤩. I struggled a bit 😉 to adjust the keyboard, and contrary to the indications, you should rather prefer the French PC keyboard and not French numeric for using the AZERTY keyboard in French. A word of advice: don't set a password before changing the keyboard. I made the mistake of setting a password with the ABC keyboard, and after changing keyboards, my password no longer worked because the keys didn't match. Inside the fold of the MacBook Pro: It wasn't super clean with scratches. I had ordered it in perfect condition. It wasn't perfect. Apart from that, I'm very happy with the MacBook Pro.
