The logistics were superb, it arrived ahead of schedule. I ordered it in excellent condition and that's what it arrived in, you can tell it's been used but it's perfect. I was most worried about the battery, but it is also perfect. It comes with the operating system installed which I was also worried about. It works fast and agile, the screen is in perfect condition. This has been my first purchase of a reconditioned product, it has surprised me for good.

Bought for my student daughter. Great feedback at first, but now after a few months the battery won't last a day at university. Perhaps we would have needed a "new battery"? A little disappointed in this respect

1st purchase from Back Market: completely satisfied: quality product (as advertised), fast delivery (quicker than expected)... Top notch. After a few weeks of use, all is well.... even the battery is holding up well...

I received the package in a short time, it was well packed and with its charger. I took it for my studies (in perfect condition) and so far there's not much to complain about. If you're used to lifting a computer by its keyboard, be careful with this model as I almost dropped the screen several times (as the screen detaches from the keyboard😅). Then, as some comments pointed out, there's always the English keyboard which only appears when the keyboard LEDs light up, so you've got two alphabets in between, which is a bit confusing. The last point I noticed, which I think is more a Microsoft problem, is that the TABLET keyboard doesn't activate for the Tiktok application, so I have to reconnect the computer keyboard (I don't know if this is the case for other applications but I wanted to point it out). Other than that, it's a superb purchase. I'll just have to buy the stylus and a protective case for the computer.

Really top condition, this multi-purpose PC is perfect for the daily use I wanted to make of it (office work, web/email consultation, a bit of photo/video editing). I'm continuing to test it, but I don't think there are any hardware faults.

Hello, the product arrived in perfect condition, well packaged, in the estimated time, all good. I have had to make some updates, as it came by default in another language. The operation of the same, in principle well, no problem.

The computer is perfect. Ideal for light use (mail, netflix, etc..) I just would have liked a little more information about setting it up. For example, I don't know if it supports Windows 11, so I'm sticking with Windows 10. Otherwise, on the whole, getting started was guided and easy. The computer arrived very quickly, well packed. I'm very happy.

It's the best deal of the century! I've had it for a month and I'm very happy with it. It really was in mint condition and is very good quality. It's very small and light and just the right size to take everywhere. The screen resolution is very good and the picture quality is very good. The keys are pleasant to use, but there's one minor problem: the keyboard isn't backlit. The sound is very good. In short, I'd recommend this model and the seller (and Back Market).
