+ Purchase and dispatch super easy and fast. iPad corresponds externally to the selected condition (scratches on the display not visible when switched on) - However, the battery health is only at 76% capacity instead of the promised 85%. However, this is due to the seller of the iPad, not BackMarket. Nevertheless, I have not exchanged the device as it was needed quickly.

I am extremely satisfied with the product itself. What really bothers me is the packaging, which is more than questionable. The iPad arrived loose with charging cable in a normal cardboard box without original packaging or any protection such as crackling foil. Fortunately, nothing happened and the device survived the dispatch.

Hi, the alarm clock function does not work for me, so I can set an alarm clock but it is so quiet that music is loud but when I set an alarm clock it is very quiet, what can that be?

Well, do I have to quibble? I'd say yes and no, I've got a slight micro-scratch on the screen! But the rest is fine ! Brand new cable and charger! Very neat packaging! So yes I recommend ! I'll be back in a few weeks with more comments!

I am delighted with my new computer purchased from backmarket. I am just disappointed that I did not receive an original charger, I received a charger (which works) but it is not Apple branded.

The phone works great and was delivered as described. However, I was offered a matching case when I bought it, which I bought without thinking twice. However, it is for the Samsung A32 4G model and not for the 5G version that I bought. So it doesn't fit. That's annoying. I trusted that if I was offered something, it would fit.

iPad purchased in excellent condition. The iPad is flawless except for two 1cm scratches on the screen (which shouldn't be in the condition, but they are barely visible and the outside is perfect). It arrived a couple of days ahead of schedule, but the charger is not original, and considering the packaging is not much, I think it could have been included.
