    Hello, I am contacting you regarding a colour problem with my Xiaomi 14 Ultra purchased from your site. The colours in the photos do not match reality and the camera settings cannot correct this problem. Here's what I've already tried: Checking and adjusting the camera settings. Using Pro mode to adjust settings manually. Updating the software to the latest version available. Resetting camera settings. Use Leica Authentic mode for more natural colours. Calibrate the screen.     Ordered an HP EliteBook 840 G6 PC with QWERTY keyboard. Received the laptop with a QWERTY keyboard! I asked for a QWERTY keyboard so that I could change it myself to go faster. OK. When I installed the HP Assistance software, I realised that the PC was not an 840 G6, but an 840G5!!!! It says on the underside of the laptop that it's an 840G6. It must be a PC made from salvaged parts left and right... In short, no pre-shipment checks. A real scam :-( Not happy at all.
