    Expectations definitely exceeded: item arrived in excellent condition, with adequate packaging and according to the deadline. The only note to make is that the keyboard was not mounted properly, so - following Lenovo's tutorial - I had to put it back in place myself (the little teeth were not perfectly aligned, so part of the trackpad was also sticking out).
