I'm so happy. The thinkpad came with the 'new device' smell XD Was well packaged and tho the device itself was a bit scuffed on the case I've had no problems with using it. Was a bit of a pain getting windows how I like it, but since I got that sorted out its been a joy to work on.

The product was fantastic!!!! fast laptop felt as brand new amazing speed no slow speeds I would give it a 4/5 stars it’s also lightweight simple easy to carry. the charger did come with abit of dust but still works great and the laptop the front abit of dust too. Also after a week of use I don’t know if it’s me or the laptop the side bit is abit weakened and kind of coming off. I managed to cellotape it but it’s something small since the overall of the speed of the laptop considering the price I paid way more in the past for a slow laptop this is exactly what u ask for exactly like the image. Works for all type of works and even gaming works too. Not sure about heavy gaming but yeah. Hope this helps! Overall I’d recommend it. This is my honest review. It’s definitely worth the price . And I got a fair condition .

The computer is great, but I COULD NOT OR CANNOT set the computer to Spanish. When I first turned it on, I didn't get the Spanish option; when I finished and started Windows, I was able to download my language, but in some respects it still came up with English. Finally I took it to my shop so that they could reboot and apply the language with a start-up package that they make when formatting. Otherwise, excellent.

Great deal! A great price for this powerful PC in a small format, ideal for replacing my mother's old laptop. For the impatient, you'll need to set up Windows and for the purists, install the latest Lenovo drivers, but isn't that necessary for any new PC? For me, it's a very good deal because it's hard to see that it's a second-hand PC.

Expectations definitely exceeded: item arrived in excellent condition, with adequate packaging and according to the deadline. The only note to make is that the keyboard was not mounted properly, so - following Lenovo's tutorial - I had to put it back in place myself (the little teeth were not perfectly aligned, so part of the trackpad was also sticking out). Otherwise TOP purchase. Highly recommended!

It has been a 100% positive purchase. The laptop is in perfect condition and works great, just what I needed and what they advertised. There was only one confusion with the delivery date, which I have to say seemed too short, the one I was told at first, but when I wrote to customer service, they did a thorough monitoring of the order and it arrived two days later but within a logical timeframe. In short: the item was perfect and the service was impeccable.
