First purchase on back market and first refurbished PC; delighted with the experience PC literally as new (I chose the condition for this) Only the torn seal indicates a second-hand product. Battery lasts 7-8 hours despite the age of the PC Regarding the PC itself - perfect compact size for me (slightly bigger than my old SurfacePro3 but thicker) - I love typing on the keyboard! - the computer exudes solidity - I'm used to the magnificent screen on my Surface Pro, but the screen is a bit clunky, but it's good enough for office work.

For the impatient, you'll need to set up Windows and for the purists, install the latest Lenovo drivers, but isn't that necessary for any new PC? I'm so happy. The thinkpad came with the 'new device' smell XD Was well packaged and tho the device itself was a bit scuffed on the case I've had no problems with using it. Was a bit of a pain getting windows how I like it, but since I got that sorted out its been a joy to work on.

I needed a laptop for study and personal use and I couldn't be happier. It is in perfect condition and works as useful and simple as any other laptop, the price is very good and it is a standard size and practical.

It's been a year and a half since I ordered this model of computer to go back to a notebook range. So far I've been completely satisfied with it, and it's met all my expectations. Perhaps the best value for money of its kind.

Expectations definitely exceeded: item arrived in excellent condition, with adequate packaging and according to the deadline. The only note to make is that the keyboard was not mounted properly, so - following Lenovo's tutorial - I had to put it back in place myself (the little teeth were not perfectly aligned, so part of the trackpad was also sticking out). Otherwise TOP purchase. Highly recommended!

Great but if kit to be fair. Like brand new. I wanted a lap top for my son to do his school work on. This is more than he needs & up to date with everything he needs. I’m going backk in to get myself Ltd an iPad very soon.

Fast delivery and careful packaging. The machine is as described, clean with win10 installed in French. The only negative point to note: The battery, although functional, is well worn (about 60-70% of its initial capacity). Fortunately it is easy to replace.
